Director & Head Coach
Tosh Clark is a highly respected figure in the baseball community, with over 20 years of coaching experience, including his current role as a High School Varsity coach. He began his journey with young baseball players when he ran a prominent pony baseball league in Duarte. His passion for the sport and dedication to player development have contributed to the success of numerous athletes under his guidance. Coach Clark continues inspire the next generation of players, helping them reach their potential both on and off the field.

Paul Paez is an accomplished pitching expert and the founder of P3 Paez ProPerformance. With a rich background in baseball, including experience in the MLB, he brings invaluable knowledge his training programs. Paul has also coached at Northview High School and served as a pitching coach for Rio Hondo College and Cal State Los Angeles College. His passion for the and dedication to developing young make him a respected figure in the baseball community.
